Rates
$170 per 60 minute session for individuals
$200 per intake session

170 for intake for couples
$150 for couples therapy

Insurance
Couples Therapy - I do not take Insurance.
Individual Therapy - Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance.
Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

• What are my mental health benefits?  Do I have to reach my deductible before coverage begins?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?

Payment
Payments can be made with cash, card or check at the time of your appointment.

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be obligated to pay $60.00.
